“Uplifting Our Community Through Action, Advocacy & Service”

The Social Action Program of the Omicron Nu Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is the chapter's community-impact platform dedicated to identifying, addressing, and helping reduce the social, educational, economic, health, and civic barriers affecting underserved communities throughout Williamson County, Texas.
Rooted in Omega Psi Phi's Cardinal Principle of Uplift, Social Action transforms the fraternity's commitment to service into measurable community action. The international fraternity identifies Social Action as a vehicle through which chapters participate in activities that uplift their communities, including voter registration, literacy initiatives, housing and neighborhood improvement, mentoring, and charitable service.
For Omicron Nu Nu, Social Action means going beyond periodic volunteerism. It means building sustainable partnerships, connecting residents with resources, developing community capacity, and creating pathways to opportunity.

Our Mission

To identify and address critical needs affecting underserved individuals and families in Williamson County by mobilizing Omega men, community partners, businesses, educational institutions, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and public agencies to create measurable opportunities for education, economic mobility, health, civic participation, and community empowerment.
