ANYONE can purchase a raffle ticket and gift the LIFE MEMEBERSHIP, and DISTRICT & LOCAL DUES to an eligible Omega Man of your choice!

Raffle ends on JUNE 17TH as we celebrate Chartering ceremony!

Raffle Rules:

1. ANYONE can purchase a raffle ticket. You do not have to be a Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.("Member") to purchase a raffle ticket or win the raffle on June 17, 2022.

2. If the raffle winner is:

-not a member of the fraternity

-currently a Life Member

-an expelled or suspended Member,

the raffle winner must designate in writing an ELIGIBLE Member of the fraternity to be bestowed with the Life Membership. This written designation must be conveyed on or before September 1, 2022. If no written designation of an eligible Member of the fraternity by the raffle winner is timely received, the raffle winner summarily forfeits his or her rights to convey the Life Membership to an eligible Member.

3. An eligible Member must be financial with the fraternity before he can submit a Life Membership application. If the raffle winner designates an eligible Member that is presently inactive with the fraternity, Omicron Nu Nu will cover the fees to reinstate the eligible designee through this chapter. An eligible designee is free to get financial for the current fiscal year through another chapter and District which will be covered by Omicron Nu Nu up to $500. Once active with the fraternity, Omicron Nu Nu Chapter will remit the $2,500 fee for Life Membership directly to International Headquarters in the name of the financial and eligible designee.

4. The designee can be any financial Member of the fraternity in good standing that is not currently a Life Member or subject to disciplinary action. The designee can also be any presently inactive Member that is not expelled, suspended, or incapable of being in good standing with the fraternity. As noted above, an inactive, but eligible, designee must be reinstated with the fraternity prior to submitting a Life Membership application.

5. The conveyance of the Life Membership to an eligible Member is also contingent upon raffle ticket sales exceeding $2,500.00 - the cost of a Life Membership. Should raffle ticket sales not exceed $2,500.00, the raffle may convert to a 50/50 raffle at the discretion of Omicron Nu Nu Chapter. The 50/50 raffle winner will receive half of all raffle ticket proceeds. Omicron Nu Nu Chapter will receive the remainder of the raffle ticket proceeds.

6. There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual can purchase. Participants acknowledge their purchase of a ticket(s) does not in any way guarantee they will win the Life Membership prize. All sales are FINAL. No refunds will be issued at any time.
